For the most part, we steer clear of political topics and figures, but when we learn of something athletically-related, it's difficult to bite our tounges.
Lately, we're noticing a trend of politicians trying to gain popularity and garner votes by putting their athleticism (or lack thereof) on display. Here's a thought...it probably doesn't help your image if you can't throw a baseball 60 feet yet still attempt it from a pitching mound in front of a stadium crowd and television cameras.
