Run down the grassy area in the middle of Ward Parkway and catch some views of one of KC's upscale 'hoods.

* Our Start/Finish is in front of the Intercontinental Hotel at Ward Pkwy. & Wornall Rd.

* Head South down the middle of Ward Pkwy.

* Turn L on 75th St., and L on Wornall Rd. (if you want to cut the run short, almost all of the streets will work)

* Loose Park will give you a little more grass/dirt if you so choose

Total = approx. 8-mile loop
