Offering sushi, sashimi and fine Pacific Rim cuisine, Japengo is trendy, modern and stylish. The main dining area has booths, tables and a large sushi bar. The adjoining bar/lounge is also a viable spot to dine.

Along with the raw, Japengo offers an array of Asian-fusion cooked cuisine. At lunch, starters include a crab martini, salt & pepper prawns, and sweet lobster tempura. There are over a half dozen salad offerings combining greens, veggies and other flavors with seared ahi, whole fish, smoked salmon and duck. The specialty entrées tend to be richer but a little high maintenance ordering can easily result in lighter eating. The dinner menu adds oven and wok dishes and eliminates several of the entrée salads.
