Paved road loop along the coastline and through the heart of LaJolla Fairly flat except on Nautilus St between miles 2 and 3

* Start/Finish at the intersection of Prospect and Coast Blvd (Coast actually runs downhill from Prospect)

* Follow Coast till you reach Marine St and turn L

* Turn R on Draper (be careful crossing busy La Jolla Blvd)

* Turn L on Nautilus and run up hill

* Turn L after the middle school (not the high school) on W. Muirlands Dr

* Turn R on Fay Ave and follow to Prospect (you may catch a red light along the way)

* Turn R on Prospect to the Finish

Total = approx 4.5 mile loop
