If the name of this venue doesn't tip you off to its former days as a dedicated racquetball and squash facility, the current floorplan and layout definitely will. Supreme Court has broadened its appeal by adding cardio and weight equipment, but the machinery is quite old and it's arranged in cavernous, high-ceilinged workout spaces that obviously functioned in the past as racquetball courts. Bikes and treads are scattered in nooks and crannies throughout the gym. The weight equipment is organized a bit better and looks to be of a slightly higher quality. A musty odor dominates all quarters - you know that old, sweaty gym scent. Lockers and shower facilities are bare bones (at least the Men's).
Bottom Line: Guests of the Larkspur may want to come here for a sweat since admission is free, but most other folks will want to workout elsewhere unless desperate (especially considering the admission fee here is $17 and the impressive Decathlon Club costs only a few dollars more).
Note: It's not healthy, but Kal's BBQ sure smells good and will be hard to resist after a hard workout.
