Located within a 10-minute drive from downtown, Mt. Airy Forest offers runners, walkers and hikers an assortment of hills, streams, and woods. This flat, dirt route combines several trails to make a 4-mile loop around the oval picnic shelter and goes around the ridge of the trees and woodlands. In total, you'll find a total of 14 miles of other trails--many filled with deep ravines and streams.
