- I walk or run first thing in the morning. It’s like brushing my teeth every day – not even an option anymore!
- I try to have fruit everyday at lunch. Grocery stores sell good size fruit salads that are great to eat at home or take along.
- I incorporate small bursts of exercise into my day – 10 pushups before my shower, situps during commercial breaks, squats while filling my gas tank.
