Given these shoes as a gift, we didn't know what to make of our bright yellow Allbirds upon first glance. Are they sneakers? A water shoe for rafting? After slipping them on and taking our first steps, we knew one thing immediately...they're incredibly comfortable. No need to "wear this shoe in."
I enjoy playing golf, but like so many others it's difficult for me to justify the 5 to 6 hour time-suck a traditional 18 holes requires. I make the time when out-of-town relatives visit San Diego or we travel on holiday to destinations with a golf course. Oats at the Grocery Store (Home Base)
A long while back the Wall Street Journal--Marketplace Section--had an informative article on the pros/cons of buying organic produce, meats and dairy. The article was fair and balanced and basically said that:
Last week, Erin and I flew for the first time with our 5-month old baby. Our annual trip back to Chicago for early xmas with the extended family was the occasion.
Both Erin and I were anxious about the 4+ hour flight as well as the 90 minute wait prior because, as first time parents, we just had no idea how Sevrin was going to handle the airport, security, the takeoff/landing, and the monotonous hours at 35,000 feet.
