Best run shop in Albuquerque...hands down. Shoes, apparel, nutrition and more can be found inside. The store offers training groups that meet on Monday and Wednesday at 6pm and Saturday at 8am. Call for more details, like pace and mileage.

Three locations around Albuquerque. Specialized, Pinarello, Orbea, Electra and KHS bikes. Group rides every Sunday and a weekly ride, too. Call for more information on riding from the shop.

Northeast Cyclery
There are two Northeast Cyclery shops in the Northeast part of Albuquerque, however, only the store on Menaul Boulevard rents bikes. Repair kits and helmets are included when you rent a bike, and the shop is able to outfit beginning to advanced riders. The shop also offers repair services, great customer service, and is within 2 miles of our recommended hotel in this area.
The store does not have a website, however, so you will have to call for quotes beyond a daily rental.

Most active folk know this store, so we will not write too much about it. Go if you need any type of outdoor equipment or apparel, but expect to pay full retail. Good selection of fishing, camping and water sport equipment too.

Sport Systems is within a couple of miles from our recommended hotels and offers a variety of sports gear for running, biking, yoga, hiking, and even swimming. However if skiing or snowboarding is your thing, you are in luck: this is the store's strength.
