Not to be outdone in size by the Omni and Westin, Hilton's "big momma" tops out at 1,249 rooms and suites. Usually we avoid such grand scale hotels, but in downtown Atlanta the theme seems to be bigger is better.

Price:With all of this heavy-weight hotel competition in downtown Atlanta, did you really think Hyatt would put a boutique accommodation on its corner? No way! Scaling in at 1,260 guest rooms, Hyatt is a bulky presence on this downtown block.

Price: ExpensiveHere's the rub on the Georgian Terrace: it's an historic hotel with more tradition than any other Atlanta property. Georgian is also located in a very convenient Midtown location, especially for those heading to the Fox Theater across the street.
Price: Moderately ExpensiveWith the Ritz family, you can always count on impeccable service, high thread count bedding, 24-hour room service, and warm hospitality. But talk about a hotel chain that is stingy on workout information! Ritz downtown Atlanta's website says nothing about the gym other than that they have one.
Price: ExpensiveSheraton is a worthy competitor to the other downtown Atlanta properties. The 763 rooms and suites are traditionally styled with a neutral pallette. Starbucks coffee, Tazo tea, mini fridge, large work desks, ergonomic chairs, and comfy bedding are room amenities.
