SoulCycle is an indoor cycling studio with multiple locations across the US. The Austin location is located downtown and near many of our featured hotels. Athletic-minded travelers can count on a heart pumping sweat and a fun experience. For our hard-core cyclist friends, the studios are a convenient alternative to renting a bike and/or navigating the city’s traffic and pollution.
All SoulCycle locations are modern, bright and well equipped with locker rooms, showers, basic toiletries and other workout gear. The Austin Studio has several showers and the locker rooms have shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
There are 55 cycles in a typical studio -- and it's a tight squeeze. All rides taking place in the earlier part of the day are done by candlelight. Lunchtime classes will be brighter due to sunlight. ONE class costs $34. (Shoe rentals extra.) For the big spend, expect an intense full-body workout. Beginners can ease their way into the experience with the “BASICS” class. Ride times will last either 45 minutes or 60 minutes. If you plan on taking multiple classes, sign up in advance on the Soul Cycle website to guarantee your desired time and date… and save money!!
Class Times and Reservations:
Class reservations open up every Monday at noon for the week. If this is your first time, we suggest you call the studio to reserve a spot. On your next visit you will have an online account and can use it for any class reservation. Reservations are not required, but some classes do fill up fast.
Schedule: Rides are offered daily, with most times scheduled in the mornings or at the end of the workday. Check the website for specific location schedules.
Parking is validated for 90 minutes in the Frost Bank Tower. To access the parking garage, enter on either the Brazos Street side or the 4th Street side. There are entrances and exits at each. Upon entering the garage, you will pull a ticket and park in the nearest available space. All spaces are open unless marked “Reserved.” Bring your ticket with you into SoulCycle and they will validate for up to 90 mins in the garage.
