Known to be the country’s best exhibit on marine life, this seven-story Main Aquarium is home to over 700 species of birds, fish, mammals, reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates and houses the outdoor Seal Pool.  On the top level is the enclosed South American Rain Forest habitat. Popular exhibits include a jellyfish display, a dolphin show, and Animal Planet Australia, wherein you’ll find hundreds of foreign creatures.  Invest in the package deal for ticketing—for a minimal amount, you’ll be able to experience much more.  The Marine Mammal Pavilion on adjacent Pier 4 houses a 1,200,000-gallon Atlantic bottlenose dolphin habitat.

Wear comfy clothes, and plan to spend the whole day here to absorb all of the ocean life.
