Café Rouge is a chain and a reliable one. This location can be found on the upper mall "west" in the gigantic Bullring Shopping Center. Inside the ambiance is "pub-like" with a French spin, lots of wood, myriad pictures on the walls and a big bar. It's very relaxed and somewhat cozy. The cuisine is French and definitely leans to the richer side, but because it's reasonably priced, offers a big lunch/dinner menu and the fact that there are locations throughout London, we think Rouge is worth recommending.
