This is a build-your-bowl eatery. You know, fill the bowl sky high with veggies, noodles, meats, fish etc., and then watch as the chefs cook it up for you. Customizers will be in heaven here as well as those who like to chow down on the cheap.
There is a bevy of ingredients to choose from including red meat, seafood, chicken, veggies, noodles, tofu and seitan--along with a number of sauces. Go easy on the sauces or your bowl will quickly become a calorie explosion. Our advice is stick to the chicken, tofu or seitan and one of the lighter sauces such as the zesty pomodoro. The shrimp are rather measly and the sirloin can be tough. But, hey it's all you can eat and the veggie selection is good. If you come for the Sunday brunch, you can dive into pancakes and omelets.
