If you haven't tried them out, this is your chance. It's order at the counter and take it with you or grab a place to sit and nosh.
The menu changes with the seasons, but what doesn't change is a bevy of healthy and fresh ingredients to make a meal. There are warm bowls, signature salads and of course the build your own. In spring, the rustic tomato harvest bowl offers blackened chicken, roasted tomatoes, onion, basil, goat cheese, raw walnuts, shredded kale and more. The superfood bowl beet hummus, avocado, roasted sweet potatoes, black lentils, shredded cabbage, spinach, toasted buckwheat and turmeric vinaigrette. The warm bowls come in varying flavors such as the "shroomami" with wild rice, kale, beets, sunflower seeds, roasted sesame tofu and a warm portobello mix. If you make your own, choose 2 bases (mesclun, kale, wild rice, spinach, arugula, warm quinoa, chopped romaine), and then up to four ingredients such as lentils, cilantro, sweet potatoes, nuts, onion, fruit and vegetables. You can pay a little more for "premiums" like miso glazed root vegetables, blackened chicken thighs, avocado, hard boiled egg, fish, cheeses and more. Dressings come in an array of flavors and all items are marked vegan or gluten free when it applies.
