The New American menu is Four Seasons worthy and offers traditional breakfast favorites along with lighter fare including overnight oats, egg white frittata, power breakfast bowl, granola and fruit. Other breakfast eats include pancakes, French toast, Belgian waffle, omelets, and smoked salmon. Lunch offers ahi tuna poke, salmon tartare, entrée salads with choice of proteins, burgers, grilled meat and seafood and two veggie side options. Dinner is similar to lunch but with more starters and entrée selections (NY strip, baked sea bass, roasted duck, seared halibut).
For the Sunday brunch, there are special offerings including an omelet and egg station, build your own yogurt and granola parfait, pasta station, raw bar, dim sum, carving station, and of course, desserts!
