STUDIO SPECIFICS
Just 33.5 miles (54 kilometers) away from Brussels is this new Antwerp studio, equipped with carpet, neutral colored walls and a multitude of windows for loads of natural light. Changing rooms provide space for dressing and cubbies for storing personal belongings, while several individual showers and restrooms are available down the hall for freshening up after class.
A single class is 20 euro, towel rental is 2 euro and mat rental is 1 euro. Bottled water is available for purchase at 2 euro.

Brussels Park
The most convenient, traffic-free greenspace for joggers staying in the central business and tourist districts. It's not a large park by any means and will require several loops around its perimeter to accrue meaningful mileage, approximately 8/10ths of a mile per loop.

Centre Sportif de Woluwe St. Pierre
Located approximately 6 miles (15 minutes by car) east of downtown Brussels and otherwise known as "Sport City", this center houses one of the best lap pools (among other sporting venues) in the Brussels metro area.

Jubel Park Sports Ground
The best feature of this park for athletic-minded travelers is the 400-meter oval located on the northeast side (see map image for location). Plenty of other paths and sidewalk criss-cross through the greenspace, but the oval is a perfect spot for high speed interval work or a measured run.

Les Bains du Centre
Legitimate lap pools in downtown Brussels are a needle in a haystack. This true lapper boasts six 25-meter lanes, but the lanes are often crowded with disorganized, recreational swimmers.
