A fun run through historic residential neighborhoods and a college campus, two distance options available. Locals know part of this route by the name "Booty Loop"
* Our distance begins at McDowell & 3rd St, but you can pick up the route anywhere along the way
* Run SW along McDowell St and turn L at Dillworth Rd (a soft L, NOT a hard L on Morehead)
* Follow Dillworth and veer L at the fork to East Blvd
* Turn L on East Blvd, cross King Dr, and turn R on Queens Rd
* Quick L on Sharon Rd and follow it along Myers Park Country Club
* Turn R on Runnymede Ln, which will curve around a few schools
* Turn R on Selwyn, then L on Queens Rd and follow it back to East Blvd where you turn L and head home the way you came
* Note: for a shorter loop, stay on Queens Rd rather than turning L on Sharon and just follow it around the loop, back to East Blvd
Total = approx. 10 miles (long loop), 6.5 miles (short)
