Located at the intersection of W. Webster and N. Sheffield in Lincoln Park, this two-story studio features one large practice room and a retail boutique on the ground floor, with full locker rooms on the lower level. Like all the CorePower Studios, expect upscale decor and friendly vibe.
Classes are offered throughout the day and are 60 or 75 minutes long. Check the website for specific class times, but in general weekday classes start bright and early at 6a and the last class of the day is at 9:15p. Weekends it's 8a and 8p (earlier on Saturday). A Drop-in class is $26 and towels and mats are available for rent for $2. Water is also avaiable for purchase for $2.
Directions: Via public transportation on the CTA Red line: Fullerton Stop, walk two blocks south on Sheffield, studio is located on the corner of Webster & Sheffield; Via the CTA Brown Line: Armitage Stop, walk two blocks North on Sheffield to Webster.
Street parking is available but a residential parking permit is required after 6pm. Look for the pay boxes for street parking ($2/hour & you may use credit card or quarters).

With the exception of the beginner C1 class, all classes are heated to about 90 or 95 degrees with humidity. You’ll be warm and cozy and will quickly work up a sweat. CorePower classes are 60 or 75 minutes in duration, physically challenging and set to music. Classes offered: C1, C2, and C3 are the company’s proprietary heated “power yoga” classes; Hot Yoga follows the Bikram sequence; Hot Power Fusion combines the Hot poses with the Power Yoga poses; Yoga Pilates which combines yoga poses with Pilates mat exercises, Yoga Sculpt is a Vinyasa flow combined with weights. CoreRestore is a restorative yoga practice. Not all studios offer all class types.
