The Streeterville location is convenient to those staying near Michigan Avenue. The 2nd floor studio boasts two practice rooms, which means more classes for eager yogis. Like other CorePower studios, the retail space and locker rooms are fairly upscale. Showers contain shampoo and soap and there are plentiful lockers for personal items.
Classes are offered throughout the day and with TWO practice rooms, there are a TON of them! During the week there are as many as 16 classes offered each day. Check the website for specific class times, but in general weekday classes start bright and early at 6a and as late as 9:30p. Weekends it's 8a and 7:45p. All classes are 60 minutes.

With the exception of the beginner C1 class, all classes are heated to about 90 or 95 degrees with humidity. You’ll be warm and cozy and will quickly work up a sweat. CorePower classes are 60 or 75 minutes in duration, physically challenging and set to music. Classes offered: C1, C2, and C3 are the company’s proprietary heated “power yoga” classes; Hot Yoga follows the Bikram sequence; Hot Power Fusion combines the Hot poses with the Power Yoga poses; Yoga Pilates which combines yoga poses with Pilates mat exercises, Yoga Sculpt is a Vinyasa flow combined with weights. CoreRestore is a restorative yoga practice. Not all studios offer all class types.
