This place is all about serving healthy people and that means athletic-minded travelers! Hooray for a grab & go place that offers a bevy of healthy eats.  It's order at the counter, grab a seat and wait for the servers to bring your meal.  Lines can get long during the lunch rush and nutritional information is included on the menu.  Each location is upbeat and modern in decor with clean lines and bright colors. There is typically plenty of seating.  If you're in a hurry, order online and it will be ready for pick-up when you arrive.

At breakfast (or at any time) go for the “Ants on a Log” dish with Greek yogurt, celery, peanut butter, raisins, and agave; or the granola mixed with acai and yogurt and topped with bananas. Egg dishes (available until 10a only), include the burritos with broccoli, spinach, eggs, tomatoes, and onions and a scrambled egg option. Oatmeal & the "pancake in a bowl" round out the morning eats. Lunch finds include various bowls with all sorts of ingredients such as black beans, quinoa, chicken, tofu, veggie chili, and veggies. There are 6 bowl "flavors". Like the bowls, the salads also come in "flavors".  There is the Buffalo with chicken or tofu, quinoa and buffalo sauce over a Super 6 Salad Mix. Other options include the Southwest, Vegan Gardens (chickpeas, tomatoes, greens) and Harvest (with chicken or tofu, seasonal fruit, nuts. Also on the menu: chili, raw juices, blended drinks and a variety of sides (quinoa, black beans, hard boiled eggs, snack bars, and hummus).
