This place offers a traditional, old school setting for fresh seafood. There is a more formal main dining room and a more casual Oyster bar. The decor is art-deco with a 1940's theme. Seafood lovers will be very happy here, as will those who like "steakhouse" type menus and ambiance.
The main dining room serves over 40 fresh seafood entrées as well as chicken, beef and pasta dishes. Highlights include sashimi tuna, hand rolled maki, jambalaya, a heavy chopped salad, a more sensible harvest salad, rainbow trout with an herb salad and shaved asparagus, grilled salmon with celery root puree and charred cauliflower, lobster, NY strip, and various, seasonal sides such as steamed broccoli. At lunch there are also fish tacos. The Sunday brunch is a buffet and fixed price. There are omelets, waffles, a cold seafood bar, crab cakes, salmon, casseroles, and loads of desserts!
Open for lunch Mon-Fri 11a-2p; Sunday brunch 10a-1:30p
Dinner nightly starting at 5p
** Oyster bar is open for lunch Saturdays and has more "flexible" hours. See website for specific times.
