The Frontrunners of Cincinnati is a non-competitive social group that welcomes runners and walkers at all levels. They meet three times a week: Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30p and Saturday at 9:15a.

It's Yoga is principally an ashtanga studio, offering various levels for all abilities. With exposed brick walls, carpeted floors for extra padding and soft lavender walls, the studio provides a comfortable space for exploring your yoga practice.
A range of classes are offered at this appealing yoga studio. And the classes are heated -- to about 104 F with 40% humidity.
- Bikram and Other Yoga Styles
Located within a 10-minute drive from downtown, Mt. Airy Forest offers runners, walkers and hikers an assortment of hills, streams, and woods. This flat, dirt route combines several trails to make a 4-mile loop around the oval picnic shelter and goes around the ridge of the trees and woodlands.

A great tour through downtown's parks and waterways, our mileage starts/finishes at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati. (If you want to get off road, you may find some worn paths through the park.)

For those who like things cooler, this hot yoga studio has a sister studio in Covington offering non-heated yoga classes. For those who like to be toasty, come here and enjoy a range of classes such as Slow Burn, Sculpt and Flow to Floor.
The executive-size Gym has is part of a big chain and that means that there is a plentiful supply of equipment.
It's only open during the "season". But when it is open, it's a fabulous lap swim option with its five regulation 25 meter lanes. The pool is part of the 4.5 acre greenspace. Also here are basketball courts, playground, and open park space.
