Sonterra offers a Southwestern inspired fresh menu in a casual yet uspcale and charming setting characterized by an arched ceiling painted with a sky mural, rustic stone work, and tile floors. The menu features tableside guacamole and ceviche, grilled seafood, Mexican dishes and plenty of other yummy choices that will please light and hearty eaters.
Entrée salads (seared tuna, grilled chicken) and appetizers such as ceviche, grilled artichoke or tortilla soup can create a sensible meal. Steak, seafood, poultry are also on the menu and many selections are mesquite grilled. Most dishes are Mexican inspired, creative and flavorful. Menu examples include tequila lime mahi mahi, poblano salmon, braised pork and sweet corn enchilada, wild berry mole chicken, and grilled salmon tacos.
