Because sometimes you want variety in your workout! Hive offers indoor cycling, rowing, HIIT, and yoga, all under one roof. And the view is nice too. The studio leans upscale with a modern lobby, high end equipment and nicely appointed locker rooms with showers.
So, what's your exercise flavor going to be? The cycling classes are 50 minutes long and music is used to motivate. The 50 minute long rowing classes combine on-machine work and off-machine exercises. Yoga only classes are typically not offered as frequently as the other three, and sometimes yoga is offered as part of a cycling or rowing class. Vinyasa is the style most often practiced. The HIIT "Studio Intensity" classes are 45 minutes long and participants will be challenged with strength and cardio work.
Drop-in students are welcome. $18/class. $85 for 5 classes. There are typically 5 classes offered each weekday and three classes on weekends. Classes begin as early as 6a and as late as 7p. Classes run 45-60 minutes depending upon the class type. Plenty of street parking available.
