This is not your grandparents' buffet joint. All you can eat salad, soup, pasta, muffins, pizza and more. Think healthy and cheerful buffet with a bevy of fresh options.
Walk through the doors, grab a tray and a plate (tip: take two plates--no extra charge), and work your way through the extensive salad bar. A few prepared salads are available to scoop from, but creating your own is more fun and better for you. Use the paper serving cups for salad dressing (6 choices) on the side--balsamic, red wine, and rice vinegars are also available. Fresh ground pepper grinders and low fat croutons add flavor. Don't overlook the large egg whites--a great protein source. After dishing up your salad, pay the reasonable charge at the register, select your beverage, and make your way to the Food Bar--it's not just all about veggies here! Pick up a bowl and fill it with one of 4-5 soups typically offered. Or, do what we do and combine a few (tip: scoop out the large pieces of chicken from the Chicken Noodle Soup for a great protein source and top it with a ladle full of another soup flavor). Pizza, muffins, pasta, baked potatoes and more diversify the meal selection. Save room for dessert as soft-serve frozen yogurt (chocolate and vanilla) and at least one type of crisp or cake will tempt your tastebuds. Go easy on the dessert to keep this meal healthy!!
Every Sunday from 9 to noon breakfast favorites are offered like scrambled eggs, waffles, biscuits & gravy, oatmeal, potatoes, freshly baked cinnamon chip biscuits, muffins, make-your-own breakfast burritos, and more All this in addition to the salad and soup bars.
