Inspired by the iconic marketplaces of Europe, Stir Market blends dining and food shopping into one experience by offering both sit-down menu items and grab-and-go options. The space opens up to the California sun with large front windows, allowing for light to bathe the communal wooden tables and zinc-topped counters that make up the seating area. A heated outdoor patio with crawling vines and edible herbs provides a relaxing alternative to the more industrial interior.
The other half of the food hall hosts the marketplace, where visitors can choose from a variety of different stations for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The different food counters include a rotisserie and expo kitchen, a wine and snack bar, an artisan bakery, an espresso bar, and an area for seasonal salads and sandwiches, in addition to a gourmet market. Breakfast options are mostly limited to smaller pastry items, but also include a classic egg, bacon or sausage, and potato or salad meal, an egg sandwich, avocado toast, as well as granola and oatmeal. The weekend brunch menu expands upon the usual breakfast by adding Moroccan baked eggs, lemon pancakes, and seasonal fruit and ricotta toast. Many more options are available for lunch, as the food hall offers sandwiches, European-style rotisserie plates of chicken and porchetta, flatbreads and soups, and finally large salads and bowls. The menu continues to grow with the dinner menu by offering many of the same lunch items, minus the sandwiches, but also adds a variety of starters, including signature crispy pig tails and different cheese and meat plates, and opens up a grill that provides a heartier course of sausage, salmon, burger, and skirt steak.
Valet parking for Stir Market is available on Gardner Street during dinner and brunch hours.
Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner starting at 8a and closing at 10p, with weekend brunch being served until 1:30p.
