Cafe Rouge is a chain and a reliable one. All locations have the same pub/bistro feel with a French spin. There is lots of wood, myriad pictures on the walls and a big bar. It's very relaxed and somewhat cozy. The cuisine is French and definitely leans to the richer side, but because it's reasonably priced, offers a big lunch/dinner menu and the fact that there a few locations around Manchester and throughout the UK, we think Rouge is worth recommending.
