This 50,000 square-foot workout nirvana thrills us. Fitness fanatics will drool over the scads of cutting-edge machines, weights, and over-the-top features. Everything about the club screams cutting edge. Daily class schedules are displayed via interactive 50-inch plasma touch screens.

We had an incredibly difficult time finding a regulation lap pool in South Beach. Countless inquisitions of hotel concierges, front desk staff, and health club personnel came up empty.

This studio is located about 25 miles north of downtown Miami. It's bright and modern inside and quite stylish. and appears quite new. The lounge area is sleek and comfortable, with a large white couch, and the locker rooms are well equipped.

SoulCycle is an indoor cycling studio and this location is close to Miami downtown hotels. Athletic-minded travelers can count on a heart pumping sweat and a fun experience. For our hard-core cyclist friends, the studios are a convenient alternative to renting a bike and/or navigating the city’

Within Flamingo Park is this 1/4-mile 8-lane high quality race oval, a great alternative to running the busy South Beach streets. Showers and bathrooms inside the Flamingo Park pool house. Plenty of lot parking if you want to drive here.
