A Gulch Auto-Tire Shop was transformed into this trendy eatery that serves contemporary cuisine. Adele's is spacious with its open floor plan, high ceilings, cement flooring, and ample natural light via the huge glass garage doors and windows. The menu isn't huge, and the focus is on seasonal, accessible comfort food sourced from local farms. Menu highlights include the JW Signature roasted chicken with salsa verde, Chef’s choice pizza made in the wood-burning oven, beef tartare, kale salad with anchovy dressing, shaved cauliflower salad, daily fish with seasonal vegetable, and pork chop with cider braised cabbage. The sides list is small but will include a starch and two veggies. The lunch menu is pretty much the same, but offers less starter options.
The Sunday buffet offers a plethora of food. Athletic-Minded Travelers may appreciate the various proteins at the carving station, kale salad, Greek yogurt with house-made granola, smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, shaved cauliflower and pistachio salad, and seasonal fruit salad. Heartier eaters have more options such as buttermilk biscuits, sausage & gravy, Gifford’s bacon, sawmill grits, whole roasted pig and more. Unfortunately the buffet doesn't offer much in the way of egg dishes nor pancakes and the like, but there is the typical dessert table...
