Travelers who are looking for food AND fun can head to Pinewood Social. The venue is a hip social gathering place for any time of day: Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning while sitting with friends in the living room-like space; eat lunch with a friend or coworker in the afternoon; or have a fun group night out for cocktails, dinner, and/or bowling and karaoke. That’s the “fun” part: bowling and karaoke.
Locals don’t come just for the food, but the food AND fun…meaning that the menu isn’t the #1 priority. Breakfast leans heavy with an array of egg dishes, pancakes, granola, and chicken and biscuits, while lunch offers a few more sensible choices such as shrimp cocktail, hummus and crackers, kale salad (with option of chicken or shrimp), and a goat cheese and mint sandwich on flax seed bread. Salads (in 2 sizes), steak tartare, grilled pork chip, and several veggie sides are dinner highlights.
In terms of the bowling, Pinewood Social prides itself on its six reclaimed wood lanes from an old Bowl O’ Rama in Indiana. One lane can accommodate groups of 6 or less. Balls and shoe rental are free, but it's $40/lane per hour.
Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; M-F 7a-1a and Sat & Sun 9a-1a.
