It's southern inspired, yet our athletic-minded friends will do fine here. We also like that all three meals are served! The decor reflects its location on Music Row and its nightly live music. There is a stage within the barn-like structure that also houses a big bar that extends outside. Themed booths, music tribute art, and other country/western touches create a lively and fairly loud atmosphere.
Breakfast. Oooh beignets. Not healthy, but often so tasty. Challah French toast, pancakes (buttermilk, whole wheat, gluten free), steel cut oatmeal, fresh fruit plate, Greek yogurt parfait, omelets and egg dishes made with cage free eggs as well as steak and eggs, biscuits and gravy. Big breakfast menu.
For lunch or dinner, the menu leans southern and heavy, but there are a few options for lighter eaters such as the kale salad with option of grilled steak, chicken or fish as an add-on. The Quinoa Veggie burger is promising and comes with kale and a side of tomato jam. Other menu highlights include the grilled catfish tacos, bbq turkey tacos, fried green tomatoes, maple bourbon glazed salmon, and cornmeal catfish. Side items include bourbon sweet potatoes, hash casserole, slaw, braised greens, snap beans & caramelized onions, sweet potato fries and cheddar grits.
Live music nightly starting at 6p. Parking is a challenge.
Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast begins at 7:30a M-F and 9a Sat/Sun.
