Lake Hefner Golf Course
Two somewhat challenging 18-hole courses along Lake Hefner. The North Course is a bit more difficult with a slope of 127 and 73.8 rating. Get here early to avoid the afternoon slow golf.

If you can put up with the cigar smoke, Maker's is one of the few live music joints in Bricktown.

Martin Park Nature Center
Located on the far northwest side of Oklahoma City, this nature preserve is home to an assortment of wildlife (deer, coyote, owls and armadillo) and various plants/flowers. Hiking and learning tours are offered every Sunday.

OKC Riversport
What a unique venue. Riversports's primary purpose is to help locals fulfill rowing, rafting, kayaking and other adventurous pursuits by holding classes, renting vessels and training for all levels of crew expertise. It's located right on the river.

Skkybar Ultra Lounge
Dancing, drinks and fun for those in the mood for clubbing it. A younger crowd (20's) shows up here on weekends. Located on the fourth floor.

It's hardly San Antonio's Riverwalk and far from Venice's gondola's, but the kids might enjoy a quick trip on OKC's version of the water taxi.
