Spirit House is a small studio offering various styles of yoga ranging from gentle and restorative to rigorous power yoga (see descriptions below). The large practice room is complete with cherry wood floors, 2 large windows and soothing golden walls.

Inside a multi-storey former silo, rock climbers will find this unique climbing venue. Outdoor climbing channels are also available, weather permitting.

If you are staying in the Bricktown or Downtown area, this Y may be a convenient option (super close to downtown hotels). It's the newest of the City's community centers and has 14,000 square feet of potential. Along with all the cardio and strength options, there are 2 group exercise rooms.

This is one of the smaller Y facilities in Oklahoma City. It was really designed to give workers in this area an option. There are no sport courts, nor pool. The fitness equipment and exercise studio are located on the second floor of the retail strip like building.

For those staying north of town, this is a good option for your workout needs. All the cardio and strength options are on deck. This particular facility is primarily used for rehab for older folks. Classes are abundant and the spin classes are super popular.
