Xtend Barre is Pilates and dance amplified. It brings in elements of dance, ballet and Pilates to create an adrenaline-fueled workout that strengthens, lengthens and chisels the body. Each class features an elegant yet energetic combination of movements that enhance flexibility, improve balance, and challenge the core. The studio is clean, friendly and stylish. However, keep in mind that there are no showers here, that you need socks and that the studio is closed Sundays.
Classes: Most classes are 55-minutes long with a few 25-minute express options. The “Xtend Barre” class requires socks and will lengthen and strengthen your entire body. The class can be modified for everyone to participate – from pre-natal/post-natal to high level athletes looking to add strength without bulk. They also offer Xtend Barre Stick, a 55-minute cardio sculpting workout that uses the but spring based resistance, the Xtend Barre stick. This class adds the challenge of Pilates stability, cardio conditioning, and core training. There are other offerings and we suggest reviewing the website to find a class that meets your time and fitness needs.
Rates: Guests are welcome to drop in for a class at any of the scheduled times. A single class is $15, or they offer a 2 week unlimited option for new clients for $49. Other class packages and options are available.

Directions: The studio is located just off of Interstate 10 at exit 55, about 5 miles from our recommended hotels. Parking is easy.
