Amrita’s motto of “Balance, Awaken & Thrive,” is reflected throughout the studio’s décor. The main practice room is spacious and boasts a waterfall that gently flows over a driftwood wall. Candle light, along with a dark wood floor, add to the enchanting ambiance. During daytime classes, natural light flows in from a wall of windows.
The studio offers a number of different yoga styles, including Vinyasa and Hatha, along with classes from other traditions, such as Pilates and Tai Chi. Yoga classes are either 60, 75 or 90 minutes long. Beginners and more advanced practitioners have options here. Hot yoga classes are frequently offered, with the 95 degree heat coming via an infrared heating system in the ceiling. Luckily for those who attend the hot yoga classes, the studio has showers and changing rooms. Cubbies are provided to store your belongings in. The studio also has faucets with purified water for students.
