This two-level health club is very convenient if you are staying downtown. It used to be a Gold's Gym and is currently being fully renovated. Hooray for a better workout option that is convenient to our recommended hotels. Travelers can still sweat here during the construction. But be aware that it may be a little chaotic.
The facility does not house a lap pool, but supplies everything else, including top-of-the-line cardio equipment, various weight apparatus (free weights to machines/pulleys) and plenty of classes. Locker rooms have showers and there is an onsite pro shop that also sells snacks.
Most of the equipment is assorted on the lower level so natural light is, unfortunately, non-existent. But there are some cardio machines and a few strength stations upstairs surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows. There is a also a cardio theater where you can get your cardio sweat on while watching a movie.
There is a rooftop full basketball court.
Workout cost is $15/day or $25/week and you must bring a government ID.
