Pine Street Market

126 SW 2nd Ave.
Portland, OR 97204
websitePrice: Least Expensive
Area: Downtown

This upscale European-style food hall is Portland’s first, and it offers a fun atmosphere for all ages.  We like the cool decor, high ceiling, old timber bricks and big windows. Indoor seating is via long tables made for sharing.  Pine Street brings together a number of Portland’s best small restaurant concepts under one roof.   Note that parking is street only, but if you’re cycling, there is designated bicycle parking available.

The choice food is diverse.  Local favorites include ramen, pizza, and chicken. Coffee, smoothies, acai bowls and desserts are also here.  One of the food vendors, "Marukin Ramen" is a Tokyo based restaurant that is known for its handmade traditional and vegan noodles. The cold ramen is top-notch and comes with a light broth, veggies, shiitake mushrooms, and pickled radish. "Pollo Bravo" is a tapas bar and Spanish-style restaurant that is known for its rotisserie chicken. This market is a one-stop way to get a local taste of Portland.
