A great 2 mile trail (one way) that winds through protected wetlands and wildlife between Larsen Lake and Phantom Lake. Lengthen your distance by adding a loop on the neighboring roads. On the north side access to the trail is at 148th Ave. SE and SE 6th Street, and on the south end at 156th Ave. SE and SE 20th Place. If you start at 148th (north end), head south along the trail and you'll cross Lake Hills Blvd. Continue south and the trail temporarily ends at the intersection of 156th and SE 16th. Instead of picking up the path again along 156th, run east along 16th to 168th Ave., then turn and head south on 168th till reaching 24th Street, then turn right (west) back to 156th. Then, pick up the path again as you head back home on the trail along 156th. Total = about 5 to 6 miles.
