For this fitness franchise, "Sport" in a facility's name usually implies a larger and more upscale site. Visitors to downtown Seattle's version can expect nicer locker rooms, a good lap pool and typical 24 Hour techno-industrial décor.
This club moved from Bellevue to Redmond and seemingly for the better. The updated Super Sport facility (50,000 square feet) has new machines and welcomes guests for $25/day. It's a bit steep, but worth the price of admission if you're looking for a full service gym with classes and a pool.

This indoor facility is the least expensive swim venue in town ($7/day) and one of the few with a full 25-yard box. Six lanes mark the path to and fro and a separate hydro therapy/rehab pool keeps the non-swimmers outside the lapper.

The Burke-Gilman/Sammamish River Trail is approximately 27-mile paved path that follows an old railroad right of way around Lake Washington.

A great 2 mile trail (one way) that winds through protected wetlands and wildlife between Larsen Lake and Phantom Lake. Lengthen your distance by adding a loop on the neighboring roads. On the north side access to the trail is at 148th Ave.
