The flavor is Southern at this New Orleans inspired restaurant with its chalkboard menu, cozy setting, and friendly vibe. The lunch menu has more to offer picky eaters and/or customizers, but dinner's menu also has plenty to work with.
The menu covers many bases including salads (mixed greens, grilled chicken, chopped veggies, spinach, crawfish), sandwiches (bbq pork, grilled tuna steak, grilled chicken, grilled veggie, burger), customize your own pastas (choose noodle and sauce), quesadillas (choose fillings and tortilla type), and thin crust pizzas (lots of toppings). The dinner menu keeps most of the salads, adds appetizers (pizza of the day, crab cakes, daily risotto, and smoked salmon ravioli) and offers a good mix of entrée selections that come with a starch and daily veggie. There are typically 10 protein selections to choose from such as blackened snapper or chicken, peppercorn beef filet, tuna steak, gumbo, pork tenderloin, grilled salmon and Cajun shrimp.
