This hot yoga studio is located in the Clayton Area, about 10 miles from downtown. From I-40, take the Big Bend exit and turn right into the Richmond Center, where plenty of parking is available. The studio is located next to a Sprint store and close to OR Smoothie & Cafe. (Nice!).
This two story YMCA has everything you need to get your sweat on. The facility has recently been renovated and well known brands of cardio equipment like Precor, Life Fitness and Concept 2 await. Strength enthusiasts are not left out. The Y houses a good selection of machines.
Because this facility is under a mile from all the downtown recommended hotels, exercisers intending on visiting the Y should contemplate whether to walk or ride. Our recommendation depends upon the time of day you will be heading over.
