Session advertises itself as heated Power yoga, although the classes are not nearly as hot as you will find in a Bikram or CorePower Hot Power Fusion class.  We still recommend this power yoga studio for its fun classes which are all heated to between 85-91 degrees, with added humidity.  Classes focus a lot on flow and upper body work. You will sweat. The movement and flow produces its own heat!
Session is light and comfortable in its atmosphere, with white walls, lots of natural light, and beautiful hard wood floors.  Changing rooms are available.  Cubbies are provided in the practice room to store your belongings.  BUT, there are NO showers or lockers.
The studio is about 10 minutes away from a few of our recommended places to eat.  The studio is located in the Broadway Village (at Country Club and Broadway). Parking is available on the street or in the Broadway Village Shopping Center parking lot behind the building.  
The cost of a single class is $10. Mats, towels and water are also available.
Session offers 27 yoga classes a week at different times. Classes vary in length between 60 minutes and 90 minutes.  Usually 3-4 classes are offered per day. First class usually starts at 8a or 10a.  Check online or call beforehand to confirm class time.


The core of all Session Yoga’s classes is power vinyasa yoga.  Three different class lengths are available: 60, 75, and 90 minutes.  Most of the classes offered are 60-minute power vinyasa yoga.  The 75-minute class is provided once a day M-Th, and the 90-minute class is taught once a day on weekends.  A class called Karma Session is also offered once a week. It is a 90-minute class and has two teachers, which means more hands-on assistance for the students.  There is also a $5 suggested donation for this class, which is then given to charity.  Also once a week, the studio provides a 60-minute no-heat Yoga Basics class for beginners, and for those who would like a refresher on the poses.
