Pick up this fantastic run route at any point along the Arkansas River from downtown Tulsa all the way south to 71st Street. Bridges along the route will take you across to the other side if you choose. The trail is predominantly asphalt.

This health club is hidden from the main road (Yale) in an office park-like area. But, once finding the facility you'll be happy you came. It was recently renovated and the exerciser is the direct beneficiary. For $10/day ($35/week), athletic-minded travelers can sweat all of their worries away.

What a great find! Especially for those staying at the caddie-corner Doubletree hotel, this open space provides runners with a fantastic jogging trail option.

The Club participates in the annual Tulsa Tough Ride & Race and organizes group training rides throughout the year. If you prefer to go at it solo, check out their site. There are a number of rides posted along with terrain and average speed.
- Outdoor Group Cycling Workout
Not much of a "mountain" for those from the West, but it still provides miles of challenging hike and/or running trails for everyone. Come here only during the day (and preferably with a partner) as the trails are densely wooded.

This is great community center located in the heart of downtown Tulsa. Popular with the white-collar lunch crowd, management has done a good job stocking new equipment, and has moved to a new facility to meet the demand. The YMCA's main fitness floor is encircled by a 1/14-mile indoor track.
