Brockton is a fabulous 400 meter, black-cinder surface, oval that can be used for running fartlek sessions and intervals, or just a more measured jogging session. There are bathrooms there as well.

Extremely convenient for Sheraton guests, this renovated and re-opened community center is leaps and bounds better than it was just a few years ago. The historic building and facility used to be just that...historic.

This health club is recommended primarily for guests staying at the Listel or Marriott Pinnacle or anywhere else in the area. On the second floor of an office building, the gym is spread across one level. It's not a huge club, but there are separate cardio and strength areas, and classes.

This health club location has an 1980's vibe with darker colors, a lot of mirrors, and low ceilings. While the club does not garner any style awards, it serves its exercise purpose well. Most of the cardio machines are on the main floor, and the primary weight/strength area is downstairs.

The best lap pool in the city. We always appreciate 50-meter pools that don't permanently maintain the bulkhead in the middle. You'll want to call the office to check on daily swim schedules, lessons, and the like, but you should be able to find a time for your long course desires.

This new facility sports wonderful workout options in an appealing atmosphere. Across North America, it may be the best YWCA we've toured.
