Hot Yoga Capitol Hill is easily accessed on foot from Union Station (take the Red Line to Union Station, walk about 3 blocks to 4th & H St). This studio offers various class deals such as discounted rates ($17) for less busy times (e.g., noon M-F). "Normal," single drop-in visits are $24. You can easily register and pay for classes online, reducing the wait time for sign-in once at the studio and ensure your spot in their toasty room.

Bikram classes are offered in the traditional 90-minute format as well as a 60-minute format. Hot Power Yoga and Hot Pilates are other sweaty options. Classes start as early as 6a and as late as 8:30p. There are typically 6-7 classes offered each day, even weekends!

If traveling light, they've got you covered with mat & towel rentals for $2 each. Bottled water, vitamin water, and electrolyte supplements are available for purchase at about $2 each. Locker rooms feature showers (with soap & shampoo dispensers), hairdryers, and storage for your personal effects. We suggest drinking plenty of water and not eating 3 to 4 hours prior to arriving. New students will want to show up at least fifteen minutes ahead of time.


The Bikram Classes here are called Hot 60 and Hot 90. Both will follow the traditional Bikram 26 beginning postures conducted in a hot room (approx. 110 degrees) with, hopefully, high humidity. The Hot Power 60 also consists of the Bikram poses, but the class will move more quickly. Most often some additional postures will be introduced and music will sometimes accompany class.  Hot Pilates is a 45 minute class that will focus upon core strength and stability.
