Like most Americans, the Coronavirus has upped our TV viewing time, but only a few shows have made our "must see TV" list.  We should write another blog with a full list of recommendations, but the latest show that our entire family enjoyed was "World's Toughest Race: Eco-Challenge Fiji" on Amazon's Prime TV network.

Whether you?re an expert or beginner cyclist, it's part of the fun and challenge to take your participation in your sport to the next level.

If you are about to run in the Chicago Marathon (or any marathon for that matter) and are wondering, "What race day items do I need for a marathon?", keep reading. All of the following long-distance running items should make your pack and prep list. These are Marathon Must-Haves:

1) Body Glide - the single most important product for a happy race.

Athletic-Minded Traveler subscriber, H. Scott Sarran, can no longer say he's never won anything. Be careful what you wish for Scott...Ironman just released its lottery winners and Scott is on the list. Congrats! Be sure to tell your wife and kids that they'll likely never see you this summer!

Another marathon...another death. This past weekend's Little Rock Marathon is the latest event to have a participant expire after crossing the finish line. 27-year-old Adam Nickel of Madison, Wisconsin, completed the race, then died from cardiac arrest. According to early reports, emergency personnel attempted mouth-to-mouth resuscitation until an ambulance arrived with a defibrillator. If true, this fact raises a red flag in my mind!
