The best feature of this 1970's hotel property is its proximity to Olympia Park's running paths and 50-meter lap pool. We wouldn't stay in this remote area of Munich unless being close to BMW's World Headquarters or other area businesses was required. Rooms are small and furnished with the typical budget furnishings, beds, desk, television, etc. Since this hotel is a historical and protected room, air conditioning remains absent. They provide fans in each room, but in the summer months, that's insult to injury. Larger rooms are available for a set fee, in the neighborhood of €20, so inquire if contemplating a stay here.
