Hundreds of machines line the warehouse-like workout space with televisions hanging above and music livening things up. Strength? Machines, dumbbells, free weights, you name it, and there's plenty of it. Classes? Choose among cycling, aerobics, yoga, ab-work, TRX and more.
The only disadvantage to this splendid facility is the price of admission: $25/day. Plenty of free parking is available. Locker rooms provide body wash/soap in the showers, but bring your own lock if possible as only a few digital locks are provided. This health club also has a steam room and sauna.
