This 400-meter oval is convenient for those staying in the area who want to run intervals or do a swim-run combination workout (Fremont High's pool is adjacent to the track). Put any belongings in the middle of the infield to prevent high school juveniles from "sticky finger" temptations.
The track is open to the public 6a-7:30a during the week and then 3:30p until sunset. On weekends, it's available sunrise to sunset.
